We offer PPC landing page optimization to save money in Google Adwords. Anyone that has set-up an account at Google Adwords for more than one time with the a different website URL for the same keyword targets knows that Google Adwords has implemented a nasty filter that sometimes errors on setup.
Here is the message that we received from Google Adwords stating that they suggested a "Do-Over".
This is a perplexing issue and there is no reason we have found for your minimum bids to be so high. What I recommend is creating a new account so that your account history starts over again.

I optimized a landing page for keyword terms and the account did not correct. I went as far as to volunteer my time to redo some graphics to release text to the search engines and Google Adwords. I had hoped that this would help to ensure our keywords are on page and placed in areas that the content made sense... but our quality scores did not increase
I would think that telling people that you are "fixing the issue" and it will take one day to correct.... basically you told me it would be further investigated and caused an outage for a few days, then move all the data... transfer the campaigns, transfer the money in dollars... ignore the acct.. associated just withdrawal the money to a Google general account. Next take the money from the holding account and open a new account. The rep said they would credit the $5 for a new setup. So there already are funds allocated for credits… just start the new account with the transferred money or starting credit… contact me and tell me it is fixed. [I guess no matter what the client would have to reenter the credit card.
So a note saying we are working on it and your adwords will be down for a few hours….OPEN A NEW ACCT.... export and import the new account took me 10 minutes – I move to herbconnect1@gmail.com [and i had to find and download the adwords editor TOO, and it was 10 minutes.. wouldn't 10 minutes of technical time be worth more than me thinking that GOOGLE is Perplexed... i have lost some faith in your systems as this is a major drag [to say it polite] to have to loose revenue with my client because you are perplexed.
