Update 11/6/07 MSN has decided to not let us tap into their backlink, cache and other search engine optimization hacks for browsing the engine indices.

NOTE OF caution... if you run your Market leap every day you will get a straight line with very little data as they only show the last 6 or 7 analyses. So if you run it once a month you can see a nice trend compared to the last seven days of data.

- Transferred a non-relevant Thematic Community of Pages from jasontchandler.com to ca-seo.com with Scottie's suggestion of soft launching your URL's with 302's till the URL's place in the index. Then immediate 301 redirects to avoid getting finger printed for duplicate content. I am not sure what Scottie's stance is now with the ability to remove URL's from Google's indices with the webmaster tools removal functions.

Although this was before the removal of the "supplemental" tag that appeared in the search engine results pages. Update February 2007 One way inbound links
We are engaging reciprocal linking campaigns for clients on an in-house SEO contractor to potential link partner. Reciprocal linking has been depreciated for sometime and many people are not even tempted to accept a link request anymore from a stranger by email. A total waste of time and SEO materials. We are having great success with person to person contact - not email or automated submission but real human contact to barter or trade for links from universities - .edu, government .- .gov, mobile - .mobi, network - .net
It is basically against Google's Terms of Service to BUY links. It is acceptable to garner more links for human traffic though. Google has continually changed the way links are valued. G will continue to do so for ever. Why not get off the G traffic roller coaster and build some natural organic links and links by finding people that complement your business. Automated link programs are too stupid to tell if the page is of any value and will get you banned or de-listed from the G Search Engines Indices. If you can tell it is an Indian firm requesting a link with convoluted text and confusing directions SO CAN GOOGLE.
